Oil Sands and Energy Mega-Projects Trust (TSX: OSM.UN) announces method for calculating 2007 annual redemption proceeds |

TORONTO: Sentry Select Capital Corp. (“Sentry Select”) announces that unitholders of Oil Sands and Energy Mega-Projects Trust (the “Trust”) who redeemed their units of the Trust effective October 31, 2007, will receive $8.89 per unit redeemed. Payment will be made on or before November 21, 2007. The redemption amount was determined in accordance with clause (ii) of the definition of Net Realized Proceeds per Unit set out in the Trust’s Declaration of Trust, as Sentry Select determined that it was not practicable to make the dispositions described in clause (i) of that definition.
